My Valentine Scavengers

I had bought the boys each several small things for Valentine's Day. Instead of just dropping the loot unceremoniously in their lap Valentine's Day morning, I decided to put together a little scavenger hunt around the house.

I was secretly hoping that Scott and I could quietly rest in our warm bed while the boys created mini tornadoes from room to room. But no such luck... Of course, Scott grabbed the video camera and I grabbed the digital camera.

I was amazed at how quickly they found everything. Unfortunately, the time I spent putting the game together far, far exceeded how long it took them to complete the scavenger hunt.

It's a good thing my boys have vivid imaginations. Otherwise, I'm not sure they would have been able to decipher my horrible drawings original artwork which served as their clues.
The final clue led to new CDs. We love kids music (good kids music) like Lisa Loeb and Dan Zanes.

Yeah! I love comments! Feel free to leave me one (or two or three).
But remember what your mama said..."If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
Thanks!
