(Laser) Tag...You're it!

Every year before our "birthday season" begins we discuss if we will do a big joint party for all four kids or maybe an outing with a few friends for each one.  This year, Scott felt adamant about the kids each having their special thing so that is what we planned.

Jack was a bit wishy-washy but ultimately decided on a laser tag party at a local park.  He invited his whole class as well as his cub scout Wolf den.  We timed it so they would get a bit of play time as the sun was setting.  All of the kids seemed to have a good time.  Jack had a rough patch but ultimately had fun too.

Watching Fairy Movies...Scott, Jack and Logan Style

This is just a little bit of daily life I'm recording...nothing too special but something I want to remember...

Several times I've caught Scott, Jack and Logan watching "girl" movies or shows.  Apparently it starts like this...

Scott turns on a fairy or princess or ballerina movie for Des and Bri to watch.  Scott usually sits down with them and starts to get a bit drowsy.  Jack wanders in and tries to figure out what is so interesting to his sisters and Papa.  He sits down and gets comfortable.  Then Logan wanders in and tries to figure out what is so interesting to the rest of the family.  He, too, sits down and gets comfy.  Eventually the girls wander out of the room and find something else to do.  This is when I walk in and find Scott, Jack and Logan completely engrossed in Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue.

Random Bits of Life...Another Photo Edition
