When my boys grow up they'll inherit hundreds of thousands of photos taken from their childhood, but how many of those will show their mama? At least for this year I can answer 52!

This was an idea I was going to include in my Tuesday Tips for Summer Survival, but well, you know...I bailed halfway through the summer.
On a very, very warm day, the boys stripped down and make quick use of some body paint. I even got in the act.
How cute and creative! Looks like your all having a great time. Thanks for the idea...
ReplyDeleteHow fun that would be! For both kids and mom...I could totally get in on the action with that one! Fun picture.
ReplyDeleteOK, you are one cool mom! What a fun, memorable time! Great fun, smiling pictures!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you all had a wonderful time.... look at those huge smiles
ReplyDeletethats so cool! i did not do anything nearly that creative or exciting this summer!
ReplyDeleteThat is so neat!! You're a fun mom, for sure!!!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great idea...keep the mess outdoors and dip in the pool afterwards. Wish I thought of it.

ReplyDeleteWow! You are an extremely fun mom! My boys would love to hang out with you! lol I can only manage to break down and let them create big messes like that every once in a while. But I bet they would love that and it can't be any worse than their mud experience!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures, I love how much fun you and your boys are having!
Isn't it fun to get intentionally dirty sometimes? I love your painted design. It looks like everyone had some fun.

ReplyDeletewhat fun!! Where can u buy body paint. (uhhh, besides those "specialty" stores, that i would not be caught dead in?)
ReplyDeleteThat looks like so much fun!
ReplyDeleteWhat a good mommy! My girls get excited if I let them paint on paper. Can you imagine what they'd do if I let them paint on their bodies?
ReplyDeleteYou're the best mommy to do that! That is so much fun!!!
ReplyDeleteCarey! This painting business is SUPERB!! I think I might just do it with my little ones...FUN!
ReplyDeleteI love this post! It is such a great idea. My kids would love to do this. Thanks for sharing such cute pictures and such a good idea.

ReplyDeleteit looks like u guys really have a great time :0
ReplyDeleteWe spent years telling Jillian (and the boys) not to paint/write/draw on anything else than paper. I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO want to do that, but wonder how we'd manage to explain to her that it's only OK this *ONE* time, LOL! Looks like fun, though. Perhaps we'll do it as part of a "Welcome to California" followed by a big ol "pool party" when we move :o)
ReplyDeleteSuch fun! I love the idea and your photos. You and your boys are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like such a mess, but like so much fun! Love your painted on flower tat!
